Today we are downgrading the Betfirstclass group to D- Rating. This stems from a result of the new ownership and management not paying their debt to this company (SportsbookAdvisor.com). In early 2009, management from Sportsbook Advisor helped the ownership of BetFirstClass establish Lay104, a reduced juice sportsbook. We helped broker the deal between investors as well as new agents we brought on board. Through the year 2009 and early 2010, our websites supplied BFC and Lay104 with traffic.

The owner agreed to our fees and had paid 1/3 of it when he was picked up in Mexico for an old bookmaking charge that we knew nothing about. The new ownership agreed to pay off the balance since they were taking over a business that was operating successfully with the help of our hard work.  Some initial payments were made. The ownership has since stopped payments as of last year and has not made any effort to make good on their inherited debt/commitment. 

We are assuming there may be insolvency issues and this is why the new ownership is unable to pay us.  So, therefore, we are downgrading the Lay104/BetFirstClass/Lines2Bet family of sportsbooks to D-.  We want to keep people weary of what may be going on with this company.
