| Sportsbetting aka Jazette, involved in another poor business dispute |
Sportsbooks sometimes will open multiple store fronts to appeal to various types of players. And sometimes players, knowingly or unknowingly, will open accounts at two or more of these books. This can help the player get around limits and sometimes receive multiple bonuses. All this is a big "no-no". The second a sportsbook catches you doing this, they will seize your funds, and have the right to do so. In all respects they should refund your initial deposit money and tell you to go fly a kite. A lot of shadier books will catch you, let you risk it, then if you win call you out on it. But, when you are a Sportsbook company and you have multiple store fronts all over the web, how does the new signup know which books belong to you? How do they know your sportsbook company has decided to open multiple sportsbooks, all looking different, in a effort to basically be somewhat deceptive? This should not be the customer's responsibility, to check out what sportsbook your company owns. They should program a software feature that prevents customers of the same name, address, etc. from signing up at several of the same company's sportsbooks. This type of software would have prevented this next story from ever happening: A Player opened multiple accounts at Sportsbetting.com, Racebook, and Win4Real: all Jazette companies. He then deposited and wagered over $9000 in a five month period. Only after the man built his bankroll to over $20K, was he notified that he had broken the rules and consequently had his money confiscated, winnings, deposits, and all. Again, Jazette Enterprises, at least refund his initial deposits. You should not use your rules of engagement to take advantage of players, even if you believe they were trying to take advantage of you. SA Staff |
