Stanford was shocked by San Diego State losing for the second straight time on the road and likely will fall from the Top 25.

No 1 ranked Alabama beat Colorado State 41-23, but did not cover as 31-point chalk. The Tide was ahead by 28 points entering the fourth quarter, but gave up 14 points while scoring just 7 in the final quarter. In its two home games this season, Alabama is 0-2 ATS.

LSU was defeated by Mississippi State 37-7. The Tigers were close to reaching the Top 10 in the country before the game, but will be lucky to remain in the Top 25 after the embarrassing loss to the unranked Bulldogs. Mississippi State should enter the Top 25 this week and on the season is 3-0 ATS.

Ohio State recovered from its loss to Oklahoma with a 38-7 win over Army. However, the Buckeyes failed to cover as 31.5-point favorites.

Michigan played poorly in a win over Air Force. The Wolverines led by just a touchdown during the third quarter, but showed their strength down the stretch to pull out a 29-13 win. Michigan dropped to 1-2 ATS for the season.
