February 9, 2009 DimeLine (SA Rating D+) Cancels bets because of injury. A February 3rd NBA game's line changed because of an injury update. This is a common occurrence in the betting world. But it is not a common practice to cancel all previous wagers on the game. There is no word if they canceled both sides, or just the favorite. This sportsbook has a shady past. Although, some players claim good business dealings with DimeLine, we have multiple documented bad cases involving the sportsbook. |

January 18, 2009 - Las Palmas (Rating B-) Upgraded - Several clients of Las Palmas (BetLasPalmas.com) write in and say they are happy with service and received pay outs for contest winnings they have accrued. They all said that when they requested pay outs, they did have to jump through the usual "hoops"ie. copy of credit card used to make original deposit, drivers license, and sign release forms, but they got their cash within 3-4 days. |

Says customer service rep: "Yesterday for reasons beyond our control the site was down for way longer than we expected." Sportsbook Advisor confirms it was a "Denial of Service Attack".
