Climbing the Charts

When initiating a rating, we take existing information from forums and emails that readers have sent us and then check their validity. We then issue what we determine to be a fair grade and as time goes on, adjust that grade to reflect further information obtained. For newer sportsbooks; we cannot initiate them at a high rating unless they are managed/owned by a longtime highly rated company. We usually take what little feedback exists and either start them at a C or D Rating until we get more feedback.

Out of Business Sportsbooks

To keep our rating chart from getting cluttered with information that most people aren't looking for we only list active sportsbooks, i.e. sportsbooks that can take a deposit right now. When a sportsbook goes out of business we will keep it listed on the rating chart for several months with an (offline) moniker next to it. We will then delete it from all active rating and review lists. However, we keep records on that sportsbook in order to be able to associate it with any possible future scams so that we may warn our readers. Indexed information on defunct sportsbooks may also be found by searching sportsbook advisor (powered by Google).
