A+ Top Notch - Best of the Best. A- to A Great Sportsbook. To be Trusted. B- to B+ Good sportsbook with one or two weak areas. Or if a newer sportsbook, it is working it's way up the ladder. C- to C+ Majority of customers happy, but multiple confirmed bad experiences ie slow pays and/or poor customer service. Or for newer sportsbooks, this is a good initiation range after receiving positive feedback. D- to D+ Problems with Payouts - Customer Service, etc. Multiple Complaints. Or for newer sportsbooks, this is the initiation range after receiving negative feedback. We then issue what we determine to be a fair grade and then as time goes on, adjust that grade to reflect further information obtained. For newer sportsbooks; we cannot initiate them at a high rating unless they are managed/owned by a longtime highly rated company. We usually take what little feedback exists and either start them at a C or D Rating until we get more feedback.
