NFL Bettors Already Cashing Tickets on Win and Loss Totals

November 16, 2015

The regular season in the NFL has seven weeks left prior to the start of the playoffs. However, some savvy bettors on the win total have already started cashing winning tickets as teams have either won far more than expected or just the opposite, have lost much more than has been expected.

In Week 10, Carolina defeated Tennessee by 17 points 27-10 to improve its league best record to 9-0 and exceeded at the same time the expectations of books makers. The expectations of odds makers to start the season were that the Panthers would win just 8.5 games this season.

Many NFL pundits say that the biggest factor in NFL futures is beating the fight against attrition. One team that has not overcome its key injuries to personnel has been the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys have lost seven straight games since Tony Romo the starting quarterback broke his collarbone in a Week 2 sack.

Dallas to start the season had a 9.5 win total and their current record of 2-7 means that the UNDER bettors are already cashing their tickets with the Cowboys only able to at best be 9-7 at season’s end.

There are a number of teams closing in on the OVER or UNDER already. Minnesota has 7 wins and the OVER is 7 on most sites.

New England started the season with a win total of 10 and already is sitting on 9-0 after its Sunday afternoon win over the Giants with a last second field goal.
