Good News for BTC Holders – Vegas Odds Optimistic on Bitcoin

Sometimes the best way to gauge the future outcome of something is to see what odds sportsbooks have on it. In the case of Bitcoin, the very popular but volatile cryptocurrency, this news will come as a relief to investors.
In case you haven’t heard, BTC is suffering some of its worst defeats since the coin was invented nearly 15 years ago. From a price peak of $69,000 just 8 months ago, BTC is now hovering around $20,000 per coin. The crypto, stock and virtually all other investment markets have been suffering as the U.S. dollar bloats with inflation and the world economy stagnates.
The price drop in BTC may not be as easy to explain however. Many experts had predicted the coin was poised to withstand heavy economic hits that usually shake up traditional markets. But it has has fallen alongside the rest of them. But, there may be a more sinister force (forces) at play.
Theories abound about how “bitcoin whales” are colluding to drive down the price in order to force liquidation of margin calls. These liquidations drive prices down even further at which point the so-called whales will buy back in for a much cheaper price than they sold. In the eyes of the whale, the more of these systems and exchanges you can crash the better. They see it as clearing out the muck. Unfortunately, along the way people are losing their savings and hard earned money.
Whatever the reasons are for the massive decline one thing is for certain: The short money is optimistic about the price of BTC going forward. Odds are favored that BTC will be between $20,000 and $40,000 on July 1, 2022 (just a few weeks away).
