Best Brock Purdy Super Bowl Props Picks

February 5, 2024
Brock Purdy props to bet picks

He was the last player selected in the 2022 NFL Draft…Mr. Irrelevant. Now, Brock Purdy will lead the San Francisco 49ers against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII this Sunday, Feb. 11. The game marks Purdy’s sixth postseason game already in his young career. He’s 4-0 with a good right arm and 4-1 overall. The Niners lost in last year’s NFC championship game after Purdy tore the UCL in his right arm.

He came back with a vengeance this year and led San Francisco to the best record in the NFC. Purdy set the franchise record for passing yards (4,280) and led the NFL in yards per attempt (9.6). On Sunday, Purdy will have the opportunity to do something only 34 people on the planet have done – win a Super Bowl. That said, there are some very interesting Super Bowl prop bets with Purdy’s name on them. Here’s a look at the best values.

Super Bowl MVP (+250)

In 13 of the past 20 Super Bowls, a quarterback has won the MVP award. Interestingly, in two of the past three Super Bowls, that quarterback was Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes. He’s the favorite to win the award again at +135. The 49ers are the favorite to win and Purdy is a big reason why. He’s the underdog you want to win. Bet now at

Passing Yards (Under 247.5)

Purdy has actually averaged 259.5 passing yards over his two playoff games thus far. The big difference here is his opponent on Sunday. Kansas City allowed just 176.5 passing yards per game during the regular season. The Chiefs have allowed 209.7 per game in the playoffs. If the Niners are going to win this game, they are going to focus on the run. It’s their strength and KC’s weakness. The odds are -114 on either side of the bet, but the Under makes more sense since he’s actually gone Under his passing yards prop in five straight starts. Bet Now at

Passing TDs (Under 1.5)

Purdy threw for a very respectable 31 touchdowns this season. However, in the playoffs, he has just two touchdown passes. If you go back to his last four games, Purdy has a total of four touchdown tosses. Again, the Niners are likely to lean on the run and there is that nasty Chiefs pass defense. We get some value too with the odds on the Under at -104. Bet now at

Pass Attempts (Under 31.5)

This number might be a little inflated or oddsmakers are looking too much at Purdy’s last two games. The 49ers QB only attempted more than 31 passes five times all season. Two of those happened to be in the two playoff games. In Purdy’s last ten games not played at home in Levi’s Stadium, he has gone Under his pass attempts prop eight times.  Bet Now at

Rushing Yards 11-20 (+250)

The final value prop bet on Purdy is related to his rushing yards. It’s no secret that Kansas City’s pass defense presents a problem for the 49ers. San Francisco loves to run the ball anyway and Purdy is likely to have a few scrambles on Sunday night. Now, he’s only rushed for a double digit total in 7 games (both regular season and playoffs). But, four of those totals fall into this range. Bet now at
