Ja Morant is a 26-year-old point guard with the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association. In his seventh season, the former Murray St. Racer and second overall burst on the scene as Rookie of the Year in 2019-20. He then added to his resume with a pair of All-Star selections (2021-22 and ‘22-’23), averaging (career-high 27.4) and 26.2 points per game, respectively.

Morant had become the face of the franchise in Memphis, leading a team that was a chic NBA odds choice to perhaps win it all, the team made the playoffs four of the past five seasons, with a second-round appearance in 2022.
