2026 College Football Championship Odds Released
With the 2025 NCAA football championship fresh in our minds, attention turns to next season. This year’s game evolved into an exciting back-and-forth between Indiana and Miami with the Hurricanes and the Over covering. But that’s old news in the betting world. It’s time to look at the 2026 season.
The #1 team as far as odds are concerned is the same team that started 2025 ranked #1 overall. That’s right, Arch Manning and his Longhorns are favored to win it all again. Their season hit some rough patches, losing 3 games and missing the playoffs. But there were some great wins against Oklahoma and Vanderbilt as well. Will Arch Manning and the Longhorns figure it out this year?
This year’s winner Indiana is tied for #2 on the odds sheet even though they are losing Heisman Trophy winning QB Mendoza. The program will have Curt Cignetti back at head coach and he is basically the new “it man” of college football. The question remains if he will be able to secure another blue-chipper in the transfer portal to take snaps for his football team. Odds are he will have little trouble finding top talent who want to transfer to the hottest program in the country.
Ohio State is probably the most already formed team on this list. They return most of their key players and their QB Julian Sayin will be 21 years old and have a full season of reps under his belt. He threw for 33 TDs and just 8 interceptions in his first full season. The future is bright in Columbus.
