What the Betting Public Is Actually Playing for Super Bowl LX

Super Bowl 60 betting trends

Super Bowl LX isn’t just about sides and totals anymore. These days, the real action, the stuff bettors talk about while the buffalo wings get cold, lives in the player prop market.

Books are hanging hundreds, sometimes thousands, of props for the Big Game, and the public isn’t shy about diving in early. From touchdown scorers to quarterback rushing yards, Super Bowl LX has already turned into a popularity contest, with certain names drawing the bulk of the attention.

And no surprise, a lot of that attention is flowing toward Seattle.

Seahawks Skill Players Are Driving the Prop Board

If you’re wondering which players the public can’t stop clicking, start with Jaxon Smith-Njigba. The Seahawks wideout is sitting at the top of the anytime touchdown scorer market across multiple sportsbooks, even with minus odds attached. That alone tells you how comfortable bettors feel backing him.

Smith-Njigba is also leading first-touchdown markets at several books, opening around +550 and still drawing action. That’s a classic Super Bowl public play — a featured offensive weapon in a primetime game, paired with the appeal of a single big moment cashing a ticket.

Right behind him is Kenneth Walker III, who has quietly become one of the most popular prop targets on the board. Walker is the second most-bet anytime touchdown scorer at some shops, and his touchdown props are showing up heavily in parlays. Books have also reported strong public action on Walker’s receiving and rushing markets, with bettors split between taking advantage of plus money on rushing unders and stacking overs tied to his involvement in the passing game.

The common thread is familiarity. These are players the public knows, trusts, and has cashed with before — and that matters in a one-game betting environment.

Quarterbacks, But Not the Way You’d Expect

The quarterback prop menu is always massive for the Super Bowl, but what’s drawing attention this year isn’t just passing yards or touchdowns. It’s legs.

Drake Maye’s rushing props have become one of the most heavily bet markets of the week. His rushing total has already climbed significantly since opening, driven almost entirely by over money. Bettors are also hammering his longest rush prop and sprinkling him into anytime touchdown markets.

That tells you everything you need to know about how the public sees this game. There’s an expectation that Maye will be under pressure, forced to move, and willing to take off when plays break down.

On the other side, Sam Darnold is getting his own share of attention, especially on passing yards props. Overs on 200-plus passing yards and two-plus passing touchdowns are popular, as are some smaller rushing and interception markets. Interestingly, while bettors like Darnold to be active, a large chunk of money is also backing him to throw at least one pick — a very Super Bowl-specific contradiction that shows how public bettors often hedge outcomes emotionally, not logically.

Touchdowns, Parlays, and Public Habits

Beyond the headliners, the public is spreading money around on familiar names. Rhamondre Stevenson is showing up frequently in anytime touchdown parlays. Hunter Henry is drawing attention in receiving yard markets. Even secondary players like TreVeyon Henderson and Cooper Kupp are seeing steady action in low-threshold overs.

This is classic Super Bowl behavior. Bettors gravitate toward names they recognize, markets they can explain quickly, and props that give them something to cheer for on every drive.

It’s predictable, and for sportsbooks, that predictability is exactly why player props take center stage in every Super Bowl.
