We were contacted by a customer of LuckyRebel.la at the start of the week saying that he was being shut down right before hitting his rollover requirement. His account balance was $5600 when he was informed by the management of this company that there was a “self-reported gambling problem”.
The customer provided multiple screenshots to us showing him contacting their customer service saying that he never reported himself as having a gambling problem and that he wished to continue betting until he worked off his rollover, at which time he would then request a payout. Each time he contacted them they shut down the chat by simply saying that the situation has reached a conclusion and there is nothing more that can be done.
We reached out to LuckyRebel for a chance to hear their side and to possibly help bring this situation to conclusion which would be satisfactory to all involved. They never responded to our contact form submissions or direct emails.
At this time, it seems prudent to issue a sportsbook warning to our readers regarding this sportsbook. They shut down a player using a fake excuse and refused to answer any outside correspondence from a third party.
Looking at this company’s digital footprint reveals that their domain was registered in May of last year (2025). This is a new brand and new website. We have never received any other feedback about them and have never heard of them.
If you are looking to wager on sports or casino, only use those which are found at our site. They are all vetted and have a long-established history. Additionally, if there is ever an issue with a customer we send to them, they are very responsive and keen to clear up and misunderstandings and make things right.
